What are the shipping costs?
For the U.S.A.:
- Priority Mail is $9.00 per order: Free when you order 2 or more items.
- First Class Mail is $5.00 per order: Free when you order 2 or more items.
For International Orders:
- International Priority Mail is $33.00 per order ($23.00 to Canada or Mexico): Free when you order 4 or more items. Usually takes from 4 to 10 days, depending on the destination country.
When will my order arrive?
All orders ship within one business day. Next Day Air and 3-Day Select orders placed before 2PM Eastern Time are usually shipped the same day.
- Next Day Air – Orders placed before 2PM Eastern Time will usually arrive as follows. Orders placed after 2PM Eastern Time count as having been received the following day:
- Orders placed Before 2PM Eastern Time Monday thru Thursday will arrive the next day.
- Orders placed Before 2PM Eastern Time on Friday will arrive Monday.
- Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Before 2PM Eastern Time Monday will arrive Tuesday.
- 3-Day Select (USPS Priority Mail usually takes about 3-4 days and ships on the same schedule) – Orders placed before 2PM Eastern Time will usually arrive as follows. Orders placed after 2PM Eastern Time count as having been received the following day:
- Orders placed Before 2PM Eastern Time Monday and Tuesday will arrive in three days.
- Orders placed on Before 2PM Eastern Time Wednesday will arrive Monday.
- Orders placed on Before 2PM Eastern Time Thursday will arrive Tuesday.
- Orders placed on Before 2PM Eastern Time Friday will arrive Wednesday.
- Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Before 2PM Eastern Time Monday will arrive Thursday.
What about international delivery times?
Shipment speed varies by country, however Global Priority Mail should usually arrive within 2 weeks or less. In many cases, transit times of under a week are possible.
Note, however, that international orders may take 8 weeks or longer to arrive in some cases. This is often happens when Customs in the destination country decides to inspect the package. Even though orders may be delayed by Customs, we have not seen any orders refused — they all are delivered eventually.
My country isn't listed on your order form. How can I order Pherone products?
Unfortunately, we are only able to accept orders from listed countries. We may expand this list in the future.

How is it packaged? Are Pherone products sent in discreet packaging?
Pherone products are shipped in plain packaging with the return address name of our shipping agent, “LSI”.
How are Pherone products marked for international customs? Are there any problems with international delivery?
Pherone products are colognes, and are marked as “Cologne” on customs forms when shipped internationally. To date we have had no problems with shipments to any country in the world.
