However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days after you receive it, for a full refund of the purchase price.
To obtain a refund, write to us at returns@pherone.com with your order number. We will then send you a Return Authorization number and the address to send the order back to.
Refunds will be issued to your credit card as a credit for the full purchase amount, less shipping and handling charges. Note that all returns must have a Return Authorization number or a restocking fee may apply; if you received free shipping and return an item, our standard shipping and handling charge may be deducted from your refund.
